Order tracking
When your package is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email.
The tracking link will be activated when the status of your order is "shipped".
To view the tracking link, log in to your personal account, click on "Order history and details" and click on the "details" button next to the desired order.
You will find the link to track your shipment on the order detail page.
Important: couriers do not deliver by appointment and there is no telephone contact.
