If the product doesn't meet your needs, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order.
Return Procedure for Purchases in Italy
1) The return can be made within 14 days from the date of receiving your order by following the procedure through your profile:
- Log into your personal account and click on "Order History and Details," view the details of the desired order, and proceed with the return in a few minutes: select one or more products to return, state the reason for the return, and choose between a refund or a voucher for your next purchases.
- Alternatively, you can request the return of the goods by sending us an email at [email protected] specifying the order number and the products you want to return.
2) Choose your preferred return method:
Ship with our courier:
- Free Return by receiving a voucher of the same value as the item you purchased, usable within 1 year (also spendable on products on sale). The product, in turn, cannot be returned. Valid only on products purchased with a value exceeding 150.00 euros.
- Returns with payment with shipping costs charged to the customer of €9.00 (€15.00 for suitcases only) and €20.00 for all shipments from the islands, which will be deducted from the order amount.
As soon as we receive your request, we will send you an email with the label to apply to the outside of the package and the reservation for the pick-up. If you have preferences for pick-up, please indicate them in the notes during the return procedure.

3) The customer must pack the goods carefully to avoid damage during shipment. The returned item must be new, unused, and must contain the tags and all accessories with which it was delivered. GALISE since 1907 is not responsible for damage, loss, theft, and manipulations of the goods shipped by the customer for return.
4)As soon as we receive the item at our headquarters, we will refund you within the following 48 hours (minus any shipping costs), through the same payment channel you used during the purchase or, where requested, by issuing a PURCHASE VOUCHER for the value of the purchased product (except for the shipping costs of sending and minus shipping costs for returned products with a value of less than 150.00 euros). In case of payment by bank transfer, you will need to indicate your bank details in the form and a transfer will be made to you.
Return Procedure for International Purchases

Returns made outside the national territory must be shipped ONLY with traceable express courier (NO POSTAL SERVICE). Always indicate that the package is a RETURN to avoid additional costs due to customs duties. If customs costs are applied, these will be deducted from the total order refund.
IMPORTANT
- Returns made differently from the one indicated will be automatically rejected. The date of sending the return within 14 days of receiving the order is crucial. Returns beyond this date will not be accepted.
- You can check the progress of the return procedure by accessing your account and clicking on "Return History." Once your request is approved, you can download the form in this section to include in your package.
- Remember to always take a photo of the label you attach to your return. Also, write down the tracking code and keep it until the refund is complete.
- The goods developed online must be returned exclusively by post and cannot in any way be delivered in person to the store.
Procedure for Merchandise Exchange (valid only for purchases made in ITALY)
1) Merchandise exchange can be made within 14 days from the date of receiving your order by following the procedure:
- You can request merchandise exchange with other products by sending us an email at [email protected] specifying the order number and the products you want to exchange. You will be contacted, and you will receive all the information.
Right of Withdrawal
According to Art. 52 of the Consumer Code and subsequent amendments, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the order using the same merchandise return procedure mentioned above.
The Company complies with the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code)
In the communication, the Customer must indicate the product/s for which he/she intends to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The returned goods must be unused, intact, not discarded from their original packaging or damaged. Fountain pens must not be loaded in any way (only testing by dipping the nib is permitted). The goods must also be returned in their original packaging (complete with bags or closures).
